Has an open heart pocket inside and two 7" length clear vinyl pocket windows on straps to insert concert streamers or etc! To insert images on straps. Please use the chopsticks and washi tape method! See FAQ on the video!
Fabric: Cotton Twill fabric with interlock lining for skirt!
How to wash: Recommend spot cleaning + hand washing! If you must wash it, cold water on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. Do not use high heat as the clear pocket may warp.
