I hope the answers to some of your questions will make things very clear for you! If you have any more questions or concerns, feel free to contact me.

Q. Are all your items preorders?

A. Each listing info will be listed as in stock or preorder! Please allow 1-5 days of shipping out on stock items. Meanwhile preorders will require 2-3 months for production and shipping. This is to ensure great quality and not creating overstock of a garment. 

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. All orders are shipped from NYC!

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. I do! However currently, I cannot ship to the United Kingdom due to the new import VAT tax laws currently. I am still working a way to sell through Etsy. Please make sure to subscribe to my newsletter if you are interested on that update! Merry Smile is not responsible for any international taxes or fees that may incur. For more information, please refer to the shipping policy. 

Q. Will the ita fashion garments actually hold stuff?

A. Yes it will. Although I highly suggest not over stuffing too many pins! It will hold up and match with your itabag! I also suggest you use a felt backing insert to pin the buttons onto before inserting into the pocket like a regular itabag! You can also insert stuff like photos, floral decorations, and even papercraft to add inside.

Q. How can you insert stuff into the pinafore straps? It seems so small?

A. The pinafore dress has two pockets on the shoulder straps! They are very similar to Japanese concert streamer keyholders “ 銀テープホルダー” For instructions on how to insert photos or stuff into them, please refer to this video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtdWzU5aPiw

Q. How can you keep the ita fashion garments clean?

A. Recommend spot cleaning + hand washing! If you must wash it, cold water on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. Do not use high heat as the clear pocket may warp.

Q. Will you restock any items?

A. Very Rarely. It's always a WIP to see if we can restock items but overall I don't want to create over excess of garments and believe in a special one of a kind. 

Q. Are these the only colors you can do? 

A.  Since I am a small business, it is hard to run color options of garments due to high MOQs. Although there are plans for more colors to offer, it will take time. 

Q. Will you accept GOs? Or group shipping? Wholesale inquires?

Q. Will you accept returns or exchange?

A. Merry Smile does not offer returns or exchanges unless a product is damaged or there are extenuating circumstances. Please reach out to us if you have an issue with your order so we may consider a return or exchange on a case by case basis. Customers are responsible to check size measurements, product info and any other important updates before making their purchase. Returns or exchanges may result in restocking fees, partial refunds, or buyer paying shipping fees.

Q. Will you sell inserts for the heart clothing?

A. At this time, I am not able to make them with my vendor. Perhaps in the future! I recommend you can use foam or felt backing for your insert to put pins on!
