General Shipment Information
Please allow the following time when purchasing items:
• PRE-ORDER ITEMS: 2-3 months for production and shipment.
Please be considerate of our pre-order items. Make sure to read the listing for details about the production and delivery time and follow our SNS for updates.
• IN-STOCK ITEMS: Please allow 1-5 days to ship. We ship out Monday-Saturday depending on availability and convenience.
Any In-stock items that you order with a preorder item will be held until all items can be fulfilled!
Updated Shipping Policy- 1/22/22
Due to my new full time job, it’s getting a bit difficult to ship out in stock items by the next day.
Therefore any orders placed in the week will be shipped on the Saturday!
If there are any further delays, I’ll be sure to send out an email to notify you of the delay! Thank you for your understanding.
- USA: 2-8 business days
- CANADA & INTERNATIONAL: 2 weeks to 3 months depending on your location and courier
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS:
International orders may incur taxes and customs fees. Merry Smile is not responsible for additional duties, taxes, and VAT fees that may occur/be required in different countries. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay these fees. Merry Smile is not liable for customs as well as any lost/stolen/damaged items in transit.
REGARDING SHIPPING TO UK:
I cannot ship currently to the United Kingdom due to the import VAT tax laws. I am still working a way to sell through Etsy. Please make sure to subscribe to my newsletter if you are interested on that update!
COVID-19 UPDATE: Please be aware that shipping may take longer than you are used to due to the global situation with the pandemic. All orders will be sent out with a tracking number. Once it is shipped, we recommend tracking your package on USPS.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Our products are distributed from a facility where both dogs and cats are present. If you have an allergy associated with these pets please consider this before buying. (all items are sealed in plastic before arriving to us and we take extra care in cleaning and packing before shipping items out)
Merry Smile follows the disinfection and cleaning guidelines as set by government standards in our order packing procedure, and will treat all outgoing shipments with the utmost care.
If any preorder garment does not meet the MOQ for production, I will refund those items cost. If you purchased more then 1 item and some of the items are going into production except for the refunded item, I will still honor the shipping or discount code used.
